1. Acceptance of Terms

Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited in accordance with Philippine law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You must not be acting under duress, undue influence, or legal incapacity.

• Account Limitations: You may hold only one (1) account with bethub. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee, officer, or contractor of bethub, any affiliated entity, or any game provider. You must not be a family member of such persons. You must not be a person prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or court order.

3. Account Registration and Security

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use bethub services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit players to:

In no event shall bethub's total liability to any player exceed the amount of funds the player deposited into their bethub account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Force Majeure

bethub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, internet service provider failures, power outages, strikes, or technical failures.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint about bethub services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat or email. bethub will investigate all complaints promptly and respond within seven (7) business days. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaints process.

11.2 PAGCOR Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bethub's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for arbitration in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operators. PAGCOR's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of bethub services must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
